years myton bench has acres in cultivation ti certified seed industry is well established and is source of much revenue 70 to 75 bushels per acre and in 1923 it was publicly announced that one farmer reach better markets east and west tons and tons of sweet cream have been shipped to denver and salt lake city reaching those points sweet enough for ice cream the outlook for the future is good the uintah basin some day will be the greatest section of the state the uintah basin is the largest and richest undeveloped country in the west and offers the home seeker and investor the most flattering prairie besides being advantageously situated in this large agricultural and mineral area myton is located on the survey of the proposed salt lake and denver railroad the victory highway favorably south of myton so I 1 purchased there this part of the basin resembles closely the uncompahgre valley of colorado which I 1 covered in a soil survey for the government the two regions are almost
