Show Last Teusday evening, Mrs. A. E. Miller entertained at a shower In honor of her daughter, Gene v lev, at her home in Copp rtou. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Turner of Long Beach, California, are visit-ing here with old friends and rela-tives. The A. U. L. Club were enter-tained at an afternoon luncheon last Thursday by Mrs. Maurice Cot-to- Mrs. Leland Walker entertained her bridge club at the U. S. last Thursday afternoon. Bridge was the pastime with Mrs. E. Chandler winning high score and Mrs. Char-les Bray the second high score. The following guesst were present, Mrs J. B. Myers, Mrs. W. J. Myers. Mrs. Joe Kemp, Mrs. Will Jones of Salt Lake; Mrs. It. O. Frazier, lili-s- . L. S. Brecken, Mrs. J. A. Nor-de- n, Mrs. Boyd Bernard, Mrs. II. B. Aven, Mrs. Bud Aren, Mrs. Ar-thur Maley, Mrs. Robert Goodwin, Mrs. Maurice Cottor, Mrs. George Bolman, Mrs. Louis Bucktnan and Mrs. J. D. Shilling. I Mrs. James Jensen, Matron of the Martha chapter of the E. O. S. entertained at a luncheon last Sat-urday afternoon, honoring the of-ficers and committee. Those pres-ent included Mrs. R. G. Fraaler, Mrs. Louis Buckman, Mrs. A. A. Macke, Mrs. Barkle, Mrs. John Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Jacques of Coppertoo entertained at a bsrldge party last Saturday evening. The invited guests were Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Bee, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Shelley and (Mir. and Mrs. M. E. Jackson. Bridge was enjoyed fol-lowed' at midnight by a delicious supper. The Ladies Aid Society of High-land Boy entertained at a dancing party last Wednesday at the mine office. About slaty-seve- n people en-joyed the affair and all reported a most entertaining evening. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Jewltt en-tertained last Sunday evening at a dinner party for Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Millenr and family. The Firemen Auxiliary No. 1. were entertained by Mrs. Eugene J Jenkins last Mhnday evening, at the Fire Hall. "500" was played, I with Mrs. Ruth Householder win- - 1 nlng first prize, Mrs. H. C.
