vehicular vehicular ve ve- travel 4 Property shall mean any real property within the City which is not a street streetor or highway Section 20 10 Abandonment Of OC Vehicles No person shall abandon any vehicle within the city and no person shall leave any vehicle at any place within the City for such time and under such circumstances as to cause such vehicle reasonably reasonably reasonably rea rea- to appear to have been abandoned Section 20 10 Leaving Of OC Vehicle Vehicle Vehicle Ve Ve- Wrecked Operating Non-Operating hicle On Street No person shall leave any partially dismantled dismantled dismantled dis dis- mantled operating non-operating wrecked wreck wreck- ed or junked vehicle on any street or highway within the City Section 20 10 Disposition Of OC Wrecked Or Discarded Ve Ve- No person in charge or control of any property within the City whether as owner tenant occupant lessee or otherwise shall allow any partially dismantled non- non operating wrecked junked or discarded vehicle to remain remain remain re re- main on such property longer than thirty 30 days and no person shall leave any such vehicle on any property within with with- in the City for a longer time than thirty 30 days except that this Ordinance shall not apply with regard to a vehicle in an enclosed building or a vehicle in an appropriate storage place or depository maintained in a lawful place and manner by the City Section 5 20 Impounding The City Marshal or any member member member mem mem- ber of the police department designated by the City Marshal is hereby authorized to 0 remove remove remove re re- move or have removed any vehicle left at any place within with with- in the City which reasonably appears to be in violation of this Chapter or lost stolen or unclaimed Such vehicle shall be impounded until lawfully claimed or disposed of in accordance with state law Section 6 20 Penalties Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of ofa ofa a misdemeanor Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder Section 2 2 Conflict All ordinances
