Also on Feb. 19, E. Soifer told police that a ski rack had been stolen from his rented car while it was parked in the Park City Ski Area parking lot at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Sunday. On Feb. 18, Kathleen Gallardo told police that her skis were stolen from a location in front of Peek-A-Boo's restaurant at the resort plaza. The skis are described as PRE 1100 with Salomon 626 bindings. They are valued at $350. While talking with the suspect, the man allegedly became combative with the officers. According to the report he had a strong odor of alcohol about him. He was booked into the county jail on $106 bail. Park City police officers arrested a Kamas man at the Eating Establishment restaurant restau-rant on Feb. 17 for disorderly conduct. Responding to a call at approximately 9 p.m., officers found a restaurant employee demanding money from the restaurant manager in a "loud and obnoxious" manner. The subject refused to show his identification to the officers who believed that he was intoxicated. The report states that he continued contin-ued to be loud and demanding demand-ing and was finally arrested and booked into the county jail on $106 bail. A Texas man, Dan Gray, reported to the police on Feb. 17 that his skis had been stolen from Deer Valley at auuui o.ow fj.ui. xiic icjsuii states that the locks on the ski rack had been cut. The skis are described as Dyna-star Dyna-star Omesofts with Tyrolia bindings. They are valued at $199. Park City police arrested an Oklahoma woman this week when she was observed to be driving in an erratic manner. The woman failed the field sobriety tests as well as an intoxylizer administered administer-ed at the Park City Police Department. She was booked into the county jail in Coalville. Also on Feb. 16, Eddie Jones told police that his skis were stolen from his car while it was parked in the parking lot at the Park City Ski Area. The report states that the skis were locked in a ski rack at the time they disappeared. They are described de-scribed as Fischer Superlites with Look N77 bindings. The skis are valued at $325. Danny Lowe of Orem, Utah reported on Feb. 15 that two air compressors had been stolen from a construction site at lot 18 on Golden Eagle Court in the American Flag Development. The compressors com-pressors are valued at $1100. |
