Show Ski report Park City Ski Area Wednesday morning the Park City Ski Area reported all 11 chairs and the gondola open. All 70 trails and five bowls were open. And on top of it all were four new inches of snow to push the base to 104 inches. ParkWest Somehow ParkWest got a real dumping from the last storm, 10 new inches, to push its depth to 99 inches. All seven chairs were open servicing 39 trails. Deer Valley Deer Valley got shortchanged, only receiving two new inches from the storm as of 6 a.m. Wednesday. Six chairs were open, servicing 36 trails. Base depth was 82 inches. Forecast The National Weather Service is predicting that the snow will decrease, becoming only scattered showers Thursday. By late afternoon the snow should stop altogether, with the skies staying fair through the weekend. Highs will be in the upper 20s to low 30s, with lows in the low teens. |
