Offret said he was considering filing an additional charge of criminal mischief against ZatZats who allegedly kicked the windshield wind-shield out of a Park City patrol car in transit to Coalville. On Tuesday, the case was transferred out of the Park City Justice Court to the jurisdiction of circuit court judge Larry Keller. According Accord-ing to Park City Judge Jim Kilby the change of jurisdiction jurisdict-ion was made because the couple may be charged with resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor requiring a hearing in the higher court. According to Kilby the couple will be arraigned in the circuit court where charges will be introduced by City Prosecutor Terry Christiansen. Christ-iansen. According to witnesses, the incident that led to the confrontation with officers began when the couple took to the dance floor disrupting a rehearsed act along a Ginger Rogers-Fred Astaire theme, After several congenial congen-ial attempts to remove the couple failed, Zatzats was physically removed from the floor and restrained in his seat. During the fracas, Diane Herbst of Salt Lake allegedly drew a fist in the face and is apparently prepared to press assault charges against Zatzats. There were also apparently numerous drinks spilled during dur-ing the row. Later Zatzats told bystanders he was unaware he was disrupting a floor show and thought he and Sink were just dancing like everybody else. Officers Sickels, Koker and Clayton arrived shortly after being notified of a fight at the well attended community function. The officers located the couple inside the ballroom ball-room and after exchanging words adjourned to the hotel lobby. Witnesses in the lobby maintain the situation seemed seem-ed under control when the girl suddenly attacked officer offi-cer Sickels with an ostrich feather fan. A struggle erupted between Sink and Sickels and eventually the girl was thrown to the floor and cuffed by the officer. During the struggle, witnesses witnes-ses say Zatzats made a break for it but was also subdued by officers.
