Show in Coalville, County of Summit, Utah on June 5, 1978, at nine o'clock of said day: Unit No. 130, Park Avenue Condominiums, a Utah condominium condo-minium project, together with an . undivided eight hundred thirty-three thirty-three thousandths percent j (.833) ownership interest in the common areas of said Park Avenue Condominiums, which interest is appurtenant to said unit, as the same are established and identified in the Survey Map filed for record as Entry No. 119740. Said sale will be conducted by Commercial Security Bank as Trustee, pursuant to the terms of those certain Deeds of Trust wherein Susan Proctor is named as Trustor, and Commercial Security Bank is named as beneficiary, which were each given to secure a promissory note of even date. Said Deed of Trust were dated and recorded in the office of the Summit County Recorder at the following times: a) Deed of Trust dated March 26, 1976, and recorded April 1, 1976 as Entry No. 13112 in Book M78 at Page 465. b) Deed of Trust dated February 1, 1977, and recorded February 10, 1977 as Entry No. 136295 in Book M90. c) Deed of Trust dated April 20, 1977, and recorded May 4, 1977, as Entry No. 137677 in Book M93 at Page 500. The trustee will sell said real property at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States of American at the time of sale.
