And that is all I am writing about an aged malt and hops beverage which can be home brewed. You can set yourself up at home with a full supply of equipment. That would include in-clude a bottle capper, primary pri-mary and secondary fermen-ters, fermen-ters, fermentation lock, brew ingredients, bottles and . caps. And you can do it for $35 easily , enough. Possibly for less money. You do need a corner of a kitchen or garage which maintains a steady, warm temperature to allow uninterrupted natural aging. You will also use ' some of the same kitchen utensils used for canning, such as a large cook pot, wooden spoons, thermometers thermo-meters and measuring cups. You ' can make dark, light, stout, ale any and all kinds of beer you want. The most unusual beer I have ever had was coffee beer, but the most popular ingredients most home brewers use for their own style of uniqueness is any number of fruits or fruit juices. T have had cherry, apple and honey beers. With a little discretion and a lack of abuse, you can taste the different ingredients ingre-dients yourself. All five or six of them.
