Show Annexation Petition Approved at Special City Council Meeting MAYOR WILLIAM P. SULLIVAN SUL-LIVAN presided over this meeting. meet-ing. Councilmen answering to roll call were: Robert E. Burns, Mary Lehmerand Clements Hansen. The purpose of the meeting was to act on a petition for annexation, submitted by D. C. Anderson. Other persons present were; Jan Wilking, Gene Johnson, Bob Jones, Odessa Nelson, Phil Hughes, Dewey Anderson, David Jensen, Ed Vetter and Phil Wood. The petition was read and the description of the ground involved in-volved was read by the Mayor. MR. DAVID JENSEN, planner for Mr. Anderson, read additional ad-ditional information on the overall plans for the development develop-ment - Water and sewer problems, were discussed at length. The council members voicing their concern about these subjects. After the problems were discussed dis-cussed and the projected plans reviewed, Councilman Burns moved to approve the annexation, annexa-tion, subject to an agreement to be drawn up by the city attorney, between the developers devel-opers and the City. Councilman Council-man Hansen seconded the motion and it carried. The Zoning as stated on the annexation map was approved with the exception of the road to the Church farms, this was to be zoned F.E.
