Show Salt Lake Incorporators To Open Silver King State Bank in Park Spectacular growth of Park. City results inevitably in increasing in-creasing competition, and this fact holds true even in the banking business. Silver King State Bank has been approved by the State Department of Financial Fin-ancial Institutions for Park City. The bank will be located in the north end of the present business section, according to Richard A. Wilde, who heads the list of Salt Lake City incorporators. in-corporators. This location will permit construction of a modern building, withdrive-infacilities and ample off-street parking for those doing business in the bank. Mr. Wilde, a native of Croydon, Croy-don, is president of the Amer ican National Bank in Salt Lake City. Other incorporators are E. E. Radford, vice president of American National and James A. Murphy, a Salt Lake City attorney. Reed Wilde, Croydon, a cousin of the president, is on the board. The establishment of the bank is still subject to the approval of the Federal Deposit Insurance Insur-ance Corporation, Wilde said. The subscribed capital of the bank would be $400,000. Silver King State Bank will be in direct competition with a branch of First Security bank of Utah, N.A., which has been operating op-erating on Main Street for many years. Mrs. Faye Dearden is manager of the bank, which headquarters in Heber City. |
