Show Six Selected To Represent U. S. in Ski Jumping DENVER Six members of the U.S. Jumping Team have been selected to represent the United States in a circuit of major international competitions, com-petitions, it was announced December 19 by head U.S. compete at .Le Brassus, Switzerland, January 11-12. The two in Japan will rejoin their teammates for the Swiss Ski Week, a series of three meets January 19-24 at Le Locle, Gstaad and St. Moritz. The six U.S. Ski Team members not in Europe will open the domestic jumping circuit with two contests at Lake Placid, N.Y. , December Decem-ber 29 and January 1. Based on results in the Springertournee, two of the U.S. jumpers will be named to travel to Japan, courtesy of the Japanese Ski Association, Assoc-iation, for two meets at Sapporo Sap-poro on January 12 and 15.
