Former Bishop Wm. Dur-rant Dur-rant is at home now recuperating recuper-ating from recent surgery and reports are that he is doing fine. It seems they were on their way to visit with daughter Joan for Thanksgiving when Bill was stricken. Afton, not one to drive, had quite a time getting get-ting back to Salt Lake to the doctor. Between pain he drove them back home where he was immediately hospitalized hos-pitalized and scheduled for surgery. The many Park City friends wish him a speedy recovery and many will drop by from time to time to help pass the time. Visiting in the ParkSunday was my brother Sherman Knutsen. Sherman is a barber bar-ber at Arrow Press Square and has recently enrolled in a cosmetology class at Continental Con-tinental School of Beauty. He is following in his father's footsteps as Martin had a shop on Main and Fourth South for quite a few years until he started to teach at Trade Tech, where he taught for 25 years. |
