Show Biggest Ski Swap Draws Plaudits The biggest Ski Swap ever ' in Park City was held last weekend in the Park City Memorial Building. Proceeds Pro-ceeds will go to finance a children's junior ski program. pro-gram. Hundreds of used ski items came out of basements and closets that brought skiers cash. Park City parents and youngsters worked longhard hours during the weekend swap meet to make the event a big success. The Sunday Raffle gave the lucky winners: win-ners: a new pair of Head Skis donated by the Timber-haus; Timber-haus; a 20-lb. turkey from The Eating Establishment; two pairs of Stein Ericksen skis by Wolfes, Park; a pair of after-ski boots donated by the Kinder Sport; and Scott poles and goggles by the Miners Find. The Park Ski Club wishes to thank all those in the community who contributed to the Ski Swap success. Ski equipment left in the Memorial Building and individual in-dividual profits from the sales will be distributedSat-urday, distributedSat-urday, November 17 between 12-1 p.m. Ski equipment left after that date will be considered con-sidered as a donation to P.C.C. |
