Show Chit Slmi By Bea Mrs. Ernest Lange flew to Torrence, California to visit with oldest son Charles. This was quite a thrill for Bertha to go by way of plane as she is 80 years young and her first flight. She says it's the only way to travel. Mrs. Lange returned Home Tuesday, August 13 after a nice visit with her son. I had a surprise visit last week from Guide De Bern- friends. Carol Williams has just returned from an eight-day trip to Hawaii and reports it was very exciting and different from the trip she went on with the Church group a few years back. That is what made her want to go back to see all the things she may have missed on the first trip. I saw Sheila Sullivan last week but didn't get a chance to talk to her, but I am sure her visit was enjoyed by her father and brothers as well as Sheila herself. Seems the kids move away (she is in California now), then when they return home they try to catch up all the together time they can as it may be awhile befo re they visit again. ard of Salt Lake and John and Mary De Bernard and '.sons Johnny and Michael of 'Novato, Calif. They have been visiting with their grandmother, Mable De-Bernard De-Bernard in Salt Lake and came up to see the old home town. John wanted to show his family where he was ' born along with other spots of interest to him when he lived here as a boy. John is the son of John L. and Allene (St. Jeor) De Bernard Bern-ard of San Diego, Calif. It was really nice to see them as it has been quite some time since I saw any of them last.
