Show ACCIDENT I KAMAS KAMAS- An accident that could have been a tragedy happened last Friday night Chelda Wilde daughter of Sam and Beth Wilde of Oakley and JoAnn Brusnahan daughter of Mike i Doris Brusnahan were driving Ralph l- l Hallam's allam's car up to Beaver Beaver Beaver Bea Bea- ver Creek Inn for tor him with Chelda as driver when the door came off The door was being worked on at school and Ralph al had wired It back on because he didn't have time to finish fixing it Chelda said It scared her when the door came oft off and she lost control of the car and it hit the embankment throwing Chelda and JoAnn out the open door then tipped back toward them but didn't hit them and after swerving back and forth the car went over the embankment embankment embank embank- ment on the other side aide of the road demolishing the tho car Boyd Louder came down the road about this time and when he got there the car was It still rolling He took the two girls to the Heber Hospital because an ambulance driver could not be found The girls are in much pain with scratches tt b bruises Chelda received six breaks In her ribs and a cut over her eye requirIng requiring ing one stitch and stitches In her ankle JoAnn was mostly scratched up and the ligaments were pulled in her left leg As of Monday both girls were It still ill in the hospital and their parents didn't didn t know when they would be released |
