Show I I I Last Rites Honor Pioneer Resident Funeral services were held at Redondo California July 16 16 for Brigham Y Snyder der who passed away at the Torrence hospital on July 13 after atter a long Illness from Crom asthma and a weakened heart In Interment In- In Interment Interment followed at the Inglewood Park cemetery I He was born July 20 2 1871 at Wanship Summit county Utah and moved with I his parents Judge George G. G Snyder and Caroline K Snyder to Park City in 1874 where he resided until about 1900 He received his early education In the public schools in Park City attended the University of Utah at Salt Lake City and I completed a commercial course at the Smith Business college at Ogden Utah after which he returned to Park City and engaged In mining being employed a au engineer at the old Woodside Anchor I II I and Sampson mining properties during I their period of development He was later active In the Tintic district as superintendent of the Eureka Lilly and I Paymaster mines Moving to Salt Lake City he was employed In the office of city treasurer for four years and assistant manager of ot the Sanitarium Baths for tor several years Ho He then moved to Redondo Calif California I ornia where he was employed as super super- supervisor superviSor supervisor visor at the Pacific Electric Baths and Swimming Pools for 21 years until his retirement five lve years ago While living in Park City he was married to Esther Carroll at Heber City and leaves in addition to his widow the following children children- Jennie Murray and Florence Florenco McGrath of Alhambra and Lila Brewster Hoy Roy of Redondo also surviving surviving ing him are the following sisters and brothers Luna LunaS S.
