two houses voting In favor thereof Section 1 1 That It Is proposed to amend section 2 Article XIII constitution of the state of Utah to read Sec See 2 All tangible property In Inthe Inthe inthe the be provided by law The legislature may provide for the exemption from taxation of o 0 f homes homesteads and personal property not to exceed 2000 in value for homes and home home- homesteads Legislature Legislature ture may provide for the States State's share of the support of a portion of the public school system as defined in Article X Section 2 of this Constitution such portion
