power I dams of or the west with perpetual sources of or lire life giving forces the great mountain chain a natural reservoir of or snow water to supply the rivers for tor power and water needs a II forest rarest reserve sufficient to build a n house for every person in America and have enough left lert over to print their morning papers until the young grow old and As I look the lights grow
