are busy preparing compositions on some subject in history in which they are interested Interest Td these compositions are to be about one thousand words in length such topics as abe history ot of silver the world war abraham lincoln and geoage Wasi washington lington should be worked into some very interesting themes the boys civics class during the last two weeks have been collecting matral mat mats ral rial lor for debates on the question om resolved that the nations ot of the world should adopt a bimetallism bi bl standard of 0 exchange this Is the question that will be debated by the different dlf Terent high schools of the state this year it Is also one that should be of great interest to the people in this section ot of the country since it Is vitally connected with the sliver
