building on the site now occupied by the julius frankel clothes shop and it has been struggling along ever since missing a single weekly issue like all other business enterprises terp rises the record lias has had its ups and downs ever striving however to serve sene the public to encourage and build up the one great industry of our community mining min trig always advocating public improvements the enforcing of law and order and making better our home caty endeavoring always to give the news in a fair and impartial manner commending what in our candid opinion was wag right and helpful tor for the community in general and fearlessly con damning what was wrong tong and hurtful tor for its best interests how well we have succeeded Is for others to judge tills this i same policy will hilll be continued as long ns as the present management has control no we are not rich not even w m irbin ft a million miles of being so neither are we ne ty stricken just moving pleasantly along alone enjoying life and endeavoring to give serl serece ce our bank account would now be m much 13 c h stronger had we received the patronage we think we are arc justly entitled to from the rich enterprises community and whose names should be engraved in gold on the honor roll many of them have passed on to the other side but their memories are cherished by those left to carry on all honor to all the old
