smith was surprised that park city people do not I 1 er this property and invest heavier in its stock tor for in his opinion the three kings will be added to the list of big producers in the not distant future john in charge of the work at the daly judge extension was down from the property the first of the week bringing with him some specimens that look exceedingly promising for ore it seems stockholders meet ing ng last monday afternoon L R perry of forest city iowa one principal owners of 0 the property was present and a majority of the stock was represented reports were made from the property to the effect that conditions were very favorable three men were at work and each one was working on ore and another shipment Is about ready tor for marketing returns from the recent shipment producing mines of park city to tho the bonanzas in the big cottonwood district that ore bodies exist in this section there is no question it being simply a question of sufficient capital to get them found was on the complainants ground this places the case in the position where a remittitur will be received from the court of appeals of the eighth district in a few days calling tor for a hearing before judge johnson of the united states circuit court for an accounting of the ores taken from the conkling property when the case was originally heard before judge john A marshall the court found tor for tile the defendant in the court of appeals the finding was reversed and remanded with instructions fixing the boundary lines and ordering an accounting from this order a writ of certiorari reviewing tile case was applied for in the united states supreme court this was denied E B critchlow is now president of the conkling company having succeeded col nicholas arc who died last november
