NOTICE OF INTENTION notice la hereby atren by the city council ot ogdan city utah ot the intention of such council to make the following improvements to alts to create both siahs 0 washington avenue from street to octh street a a sidewalk district and build ment concrete nide walka therein on both sides ot washington avenue from to octh street and to defray the coata and expenses thereof estimated at by a local a depth of ar ewt upon he lute blacka parts of lota and real estate said abounding upon the lines of gald street t i at t the boun darlea of the district to bo affected and benefited are lines drawn 25 feet outward from and parallel to the outer boundary line of said street for the whole length thereof croci street to street the district benefited and affected by bald improvement beani parts of lota 2 3 4 5 and 6 block 17 lots 1 7 8 9 and 10 block 25 lote 6 and 6 block 26 lots 2 3 4 and 6 block 31 lots 1 7 8 9 and 10 block 32 lota 1 7 8 9 and 10 block 39 lote and 6 block 40 all of plat A ogden city surrey for the payment of the coats and expenses of making said improvement the city council intends to levy special and local taxes upon the lots blocks parts of lots and blocks lands and real estate lying and being within the boundaries of said district to the extent of the to eadd property by reason of said improvement the city council will on monday the day of may 1904 at 8 p m in the city council chamber city hall ogden utah hear objections in writing from any and all persons interested to said local and special assessment adopted by the city council april 1901 W J city recorder SEAL first publication april 27 1904 last publication may 1904
