| Show NOTICE OF INTENTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the city council of ogden city utah ot the intention of such council to make the following improvements to wit to create both sides of twenty fifth street from adams avenue to monroe avenue as a sidewalk district aad to construct and build cement concrete sidewalks therein bring on both sides of twenty fifth from adams avenue to monroe avenue and to detray the cost and expenses thereof estimated at by a local assessment for a depth of 25 feet upon the lots blocks parts ot lots and blocks lands and real estate said district abutting and abounding upon the outer boundary of said street the boundaries ol 01 the district to be affected or benefited are lines drawn 25 feet outward from euid parallel to the outer boundary lines of said street for the length thereof from adams avenue to monroe avenue the district benefited and affected by eald parts of batai and 7 block 15 plat A lota 7 8 9 and 10 block 16 piat A lota 1 and 2 block 27 plat A lota 6 7 8 9 and 10 block 6 plat lot 1 and 2 block 7 plat B all of ogden city survey for the payment of the costs expenses of making said improvement the city council intends to levy special and local taxes upon the lots blocks parts 0 lot and blocks lands and real estate atas and being within the boundaries of district to the ex lent ot the beneada to said properly by reason of eau improvements the city council will on monday the day of may aw at 8 p m in the city council chamber city hall ogden utah hear objections n writing from any and all persons interested te in said lobal and assessment ses adopted by the city council april 1 WJ CRITCHLOW i beal i city first publication april 27 1904 last publication may 20 1304 |
