WROTH AT employment AGENT TWO MEN WHO WERE SHIPPED OUT FROM OGDEN RETURN say they dealt with accord ing to the contract they entered into W X auril and james barger made a complaint to the police this morning that eleven days ago they had been shipped out by the eagle employment agency which hns offices in the eagle saloon on lower twenty fath street ostensibly to new they anid 10 for their tickets and exhibited their receipts signed by a man named as agent there warf nine in tho party shipped out and the entire number were loft at pueblo colorado with the statement that they could be sent no further morby the man who signed their receipt went with them that but would do nothing for them and barger paid their way back to ogden and declare their intention of taking legal action against jerry acl aliher who they state is the proprietor of alie agency the two men claim they are out at least in cash and time and they want that amount they were advised to see kelliher but they say he refined to do any more than return the cash paid to him this they refused it is probable they will swear to a complaint on the return of city attorney from salt lake tonight
