restraining ORDER Is issued by judge mccarty at request of street car company judge mccarty late saturday evening issued a temporary restraining order prohibiting warren G child from interfering with the traffic of the ogden city street railway company and citing him to appear tuesday at 10 a hi and show cause why to permanent injunction should not be issued mr waa removing a from an alleyway near tho corner on and adams to a point on of lincoln about 4 p TO saturday he became stalled at a point halfway half way up street hill and could not move the house without interfering with the wires of the street car company hence the latter company applied for and obtained the restraining order and in their complaint they allege that the present instance ii but a repetition of similar trouble they have had with mr child in the past
