JUDGE NOYES CAE washington feb IL attorney general knox today gave an allday all day hearing in the caso of judge noyes of alaska who was recently convicted of contempt by the united states circuit court of appeals at san francisco judge joyca was represented by mr of st paul and mr henley of san francisco the complainants were represented by charles D lano and tho wild goose milling company by mr ralston and mr brewstor cr this mining company was the defendant in the anvil creek claims out of which most of the litigation in tho noyes case arose the object of the bearing is to determine the propriety of demov judge noyes from the nome district judgeship and is in no sense a review of the action of the san francisco court counsel representing the interest opposed to judge noyes ask for his removal upon the ground of incompetency and conduct the attorney generals findings will probably be submitted to the president within the next week or two
