Show the following woman employees were appointed: Miss Fannie U Hnlstend, Miss Annie York, Miss Belle S. Tracy Miss Elizabeth Stoner, Miss Mary Burke. They were the first women for whom congress regulurly made an appropriation. Women "Made Good" In the spring of 18C2 M. F. E.
