certain trust deed dated february 1891 and recorded on the day of february 1891 in the office of the county recorder of weber county utah in book R of mortgages at page of said record convey to william IL dale trustee for the lombard investment company a corporation the following described real estate situated in said weber county utah to ta alt part of the southwest quarter of section thirty five live 35 in township seven north of range two west of salt lake meridian commencing at a point ten chains weal wesl of the northeast corner of said quarter section and running thence west twenty chains thence south ten chains thence east twenty chains thence north ten chains to the place of beginning together with all ditch and water rights thereunto pertaining or in any way belonging to secure to said lombard investment company the payment of the sum of five hundred dollars as evidenced and secured to be paid by one certain promissory note of even date with said trust deed executed by eald said J henry taylor and eveline C taylor for said sum of due and payable on the day of march 1896 bearing interest at the rate of six per cent per annum from data date thereof until
