Show A very wealthy man, who, by con. stantly increasing his Investments, uses his wealth in giving employment to a constantly increasing number of men, said recently that he knew of no truer charity than that which gives labor work to do. If this were done in pur benevolence it might be called charity in one sense, but it Is by no means true in the sense in which he meant it, or in which it has been indorsed by a number of newspapers.
