It is the ruin of honest men, the breeder of crime, the enemy of industry, the distroyer of business, and should not be allowed to exist in a land so full of resources, so liberal in its government, so full of progress and development, and so enchanted en-chanted by all that makes life enjoyable and worth the living. |
