Lorenzo Snow offered the following: "I move that, recognizing VYilford Woodruff as the President of the Ckurch of Jesus Christ of Latte-fey Saints, and the only , rota on the earth at the present time who holds the keys of tht sealing ordi-namces ordi-namces we consider him fully aa-tharizetj aa-tharizetj by virtue of his position to issue the manifesto which has been read in our bearing and which it dated Sept. 24th, 1890, and that at a Church in General Conference assembled, as-sembled, we accept his declaration concerning plural marriages as suthorative and binding.".. , .
