between the first and second ribs just grazing the second it passed through the upper tipper lobe of the left lung and crashed through the te cutting the spinal cord almost in twain which produced the paralysis that followed the ballet was found on the right near the fifth rib which had been struck and fractured by uy it the upper lobe of the tile left lung had collapsed entirely and decomposition bad had already set I 1 in it ia Is the opinion that the immediate cause of death was congestion of the left lung after the post mortem examination the remains were taken to richey brothers undertaking parlors where they were prepared for burial the funeral services will be held today to day at 2 p m at presbyterian church J B mclellan was barnin born in scotland june 15 1854 and came to
