smelted smelter or refined in the united stales may deposit the name same at any 0 o jaee 4 e n mint or at any ascah office in the i led states that the SAcre secretary tary of the treasury may designate ae e ant and receive treasury notes hereinafter provided for equal fit at that date of deposit to the net value of such silver at the market price sueh BU h price to be determined by the beci Secie eary tary of the treasury under the rules and reg prescribed based upon the P price 1 I ce c current in the tile iding leiding le silver markets rk is of the world but lint no deposit consisting in in whole or in in part of silver bullion or foreign silver coins imported into this country or bars resulting from melted or refined foreign silver coins shall be received under the united stal eq or at the office of an assistant treasurer of the united states by the ietti of a certificate e of deposit for the sum of notes BO so presented payable at one of the mints 0 of I 1 the
