Show NOTICE OF DELINQUENCY. ' Pursuant to Section 278 of the Compiled Com-piled Lsiws of Utah. "1907, and the authority au-thority vested In me by said Section, I. the undersigned THOMAS B. FARR. Treasurer of Ogden City, Weber County, Utah, hereby give public notice that a epeclal tax, amounting to $4,195.88 Dollars has 1 been levied for Sidewalk District No. I 108 for the purpose of constructing j Concrete Sidewalks In said district by an ordinance duly passed by the City Council of Ogden City, Utah, and approcd by the Mayor of said City on July 13th, 1910, said taxes b-ing b-ing levied on all of the abutting property prop-erty on the following streets, comprising com-prising said, sidewalk District No. 10S: All that part of Adams Avenue, from 20th to 2l8t Streets; Mofflts Lane, from 22nd to 23rd Streets; North side of 30th street from Washington Wash-ington to Porter Avenue;' South side of 30th Stree from Adame to Portor Avenue, and 32nd Street from Washington Wash-ington to Adams Acnue. The said tax is payable In 5 install- ' i.ents: ' j The first Installment becomes do- linc.uent September 1st, 1910. " The second Installment becomes de- j linquent July 13th. 1911. The third Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent July 13th. 1912. j The fourth Installment becomes de- J linquent July 13th. 1913. The fifth Installment becomes de- I linquent July 13th, 1914 . j ' Each of said Installments, except the first, shall draw Interest at tho rate of 7 per cent per annum, from the date of the levy as aforesaid, I and if any or either' of said Installments Install-ments shall be unpaid when they be- I l-ome delinquent, interest thereon Vhall be 10 per cent per annum', until such delinquent assessments are fully ful-ly paid.
