Judge Howell stated that ho thought the city officials, having in hand the speed regulations of the city, arc deserving ot a brief outing, und that fnlr'wotk would be an opportune oppor-tune time for the exercise of that privilege. This would give them an opportunity to visit the fair, see the races and witness the great display of,, blooded sheep that will be at the L'alr grounds.
