Show RECORD IN POLICE COURT Jake Ncilson left a horse on the fltreet for more than five hours without with-out food or water and was arrested for the neglect. This being the ease and the defendant j pleading guilty to the charge, the i court ordered him to leave the city I at the earliest possible moment. If the man does not leave the city Immediately, the court ordered that he be held in the clty jall for a period of 99 days, and that he be made to work for his living, the city to furnish the job. Jim Bono looked mad when he was arraigned on the charge of having been drunk Sunday, and he emphatically emphati-cally pleaded not guilty. The case will be tried tomorrow and, in the meantime, Jim will bo held under a bond of $5. Te defendant has no monoy, so he will remain in jail until the trial is concluded.
