Show CO CHARGES EMPLOYE WlfflJUCfir , ThroiiRh the local orfice of Sheriff Wilson, tho officers of adjoinlnp; counties have been notified to make a search for Clarence Kimball, who disappeared dis-appeared from this city Saturday ni-ht with a valuable horse belonging to Roy Alvord, a farmer residing near West Weber. The man was last een In this city about 12 o'clock Saturday nlcht, when be took the horse from Smith's feed yerd. He failed to return to the Al-ord Al-ord home and all efforts of the officers of-ficers have failed to locate him. Kimball had previously been ployed on the Alvord farm, but at mo time of bis disappearance was merely staying with Mr. Alvord until ho coul I find employment. Saturday Mr Alvord Al-vord came to this cliy with his mother, moth-er, and decided to remain all nlcht. About 10 o'clock Saturday evening ho met Kimball on the street and loaned the man a dollar. Mr. Alvord did not know at tho time that Kn-ball Kn-ball had ridden one of his horses to town and did not become aware of tho fact until talking with his wife over the telephone Sunday TnornlnR. Uo then learned that Kimball did not return with the horse. I'pon Investigation ho found that Klml.all had kept the horse at the Smith yard during the evening, but had fftkvn the animal away about midnight. |
