This IKtle city of the valley is a prohibition pro-hibition town, but it seems that some one, in some way, succeeds in getting hold of the intoxicating beverage ilii ie. Heretofore it has been traced to the door of Hokeu Oloen, it having, o."t him ?20n a short time ago in flues and there Is now In the supreme court a case pending for final adjustment in which Olscn's liberty is at stake. Today the county attorney filed ncainst Hoken three separate complaints, com-plaints, charging in one of them that Olscn, on June 4th. sold Intoxicating liquor without a license, in the other that he sold intoxicating liquors to minors, and In the third that he per-mltied per-mltied minors to visit his saloon, all ul' which Is contrary to law. The cases will be heard in the municipal court f this eltr. |
