Show ENGINEER IS KNOCKED DOWN Y'onkers, N. Y'., March 2S. Detectives Detect-ives from Upper New Y'ork and Y'onkers Y'on-kers arc today seeking a party ef small mlsch?vlous boys who came near being responsible for the wrecking of a crowded New Y'ork Central passenger pas-senger train late yesterday. Tho train was making up time jnst south of Yenkers when the engineer and fireman noticed the lads standing on either side of the track. As the locomotive lo-comotive whizzed past, a numner nt small rocks were hurled at the flying train. One of the missies went through the open cab window and struck KraDk Burrows, the engineer, on tho head, near the temple. He toppled over unconscious. Charles Gilder-sleeve, Gilder-sleeve, the fireman, heard the rock fall and rushed across the cab ana seized the throttle, bringing the train to a stop Just before ti reached a semaphore, which Indicated an open switch "a fed rods ahead.
