The total valuation of property l'i both citv and countv this year was JGO.713.416. Of this $53,74S,377 represents rep-resents the present value of city property, prop-erty, according to the county assessor. Lst year the valuation of the county assessor of city prtpcrtv was $4S,-147.677. $4S,-147.677. This means nearly a $6,000,000 increase in-crease in valuation for Salt Lake City. The state board of equalization, which assesses a portion of the property pw, last year, added to the county assessor's figures $4,063,630 on the city clone. It will be much more than this for 1910, and It Is almost saft to say that the Increase will be $6,000,000 altogether and perhaps much more. County -Also Increases. This year the assessor valued the property In the county at $12,965,010, and last year at $12,274,036. an li crcnee of $690,104.
