Show NOTICE OF DELINQUENCY. Tursunnt to Section 278 of the Compiled Com-piled Laws of Utah, 1907. and the authority vested In me by said section, sec-tion, I, the undersigned THOMAS B. FARR, Treasurer of Ogden City, Weber We-ber County, Utah, hereby give public notice that a special tax amounting to $10,4 18 00 has been levied for sew-er sew-er District No. 100 for tho purpose of constructing pipe sewers in said district by an ordinance duly passed by (ho City Council of Ogden City, Utah, and approved by the Mayor of said City on November 23rd. 1919, said taxes being levied on all of the abutting property on the following streets comprising said . Sewer District Dis-trict No. 100. All that part of 21st Street from Qulncy to Jackson Avenues, Ave-nues, 22nd Street from fiulncy to Jackson Avenues, 24th Street from Van Buren to Harrison Avenue, 23rd Street from Qulncy to Van Buren Avenue, Jackson Avcnuo from 21st to 24tli Street and Barlow Avenue from'2fith to 27th Street. The said tax is payable in five Installments: In-stallments: The first Installment becomes delinquent delin-quent January 12th. 1910. The second installment becomes delinquent de-linquent November 23rd. 1910. The third Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent November 23rd, 1911. The fourth Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent November 23rd, 1912. The fifth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent November 23rd, 1913. Each of said Installments, except the first, shall draw Interest at the rato of sex en per cent per annum, from Hie date of the levy as aforesaid, afore-said, and If any or either of said Instalments In-stalments 6hall bo unpaid when they become delinquent. Interest thereoa shall be ten per cent por annum until un-til such delinquent assessments are fully paid. Said tax shall be enforced and collected as In any other caso of special tax and if not paid the property prop-erty on which said levy is made will be advertised and sold according to law.
