Show TAFT'S CABINET IS COMPLETED New York, Feb. 25.- All qualifications qualifica-tions of uncertainty in the prediction that Franklin MacVeagh of Chicago, has been selected by Mr. Taft as his secretary of the treasury, are removed. Mr. MacVeagh, it was learned tonisht, accepted the place yosterday and-thereby and-thereby Taft's cabinet was made complete com-plete as heretofore announced by tho Associated Press. No official or unofficial un-official declaration of Mr. MacVea'gh's appointment Is to he mada by Mr. Taft until he promulgated his entire cabinet. cab-inet. Mr. Taft spoke with a number of New York financial leaders during the day, but he said thov had no significance sig-nificance with his cabinet.
