The Progressive company was formerly known as the Twentieth Century Optlscope company and later as the" Twentieth Century Film company, com-pany, the changes in name having been made in an effort to escape confusion con-fusion with an eastern concern of a I similar name whose reputation in the moving picture world had become somewhat tainted. In making the last change the company com-pany was entirely reorganized, the capital stock being increased to $25,-000 $25,-000 and the following officers elected: Albert Scowcroft. president; Charles Ziemer, vice-president; W. W. Hod-kinson, Hod-kinson, secretary and general manager, and Harry Slmms, treasurer. |
