Sec 1. The property of the United Unit-ed States, of the state, countl as, citVee, hid towns, school districts, municipal cor. poratlong and public libraries, lots k with the buildings thereon used e cluslvely for higher religious worship JpjJ or charitable purposes and places ot burial not held or used for private or corporate benefit, and mortgages upon j both real and personal property shall be exempt from taxation. Sec. 2. The secretary of state is directed to cause this proposed amend- I ment to be published as required by I the constitution and to bo submitted to Uill tho electors of the state at the neli ' general election in the manner prr ! vlded by law.
