To whom II may concern: Under authority of Section 27S of the Compiled Laws of Ltah, 1907, and as directed by Section 1056 of the Revised o-dlnances of Ogden City. Utah, 1915. The undersigned treasurer of Ogden City, Utah, hereby gives notice that a special tax for the purpose of paying , the coats of Tjulldlng paving, grad- ing, constructing curbs, gutters, cul-vorts. cul-vorts. aldewaJks, storm sewers. irrigation ir-rigation and dralnags systems, drive-w-aH. and extending water and sewer service connections from the mains to the back of tho curb lines, together with all other things ne e.sary to ilo and to fully complete said work on the .streets opposite tho propefity hereinbefore here-inbefore and hereinafter described to be especially affected and benefited by said improvement in Ogden City, Utah, has been levied and confirmed by an onll-nance onll-nance of the hoard of commissioners of igden Ofv, 1 "tah. adopted and passed October 30. 1922. and published Oct. 81, i2?
