I Taking advantage of this situation, an action has beeu commenced in the federal courts In Utah, alleging that 1 picketing is unlawful and calling on I Judge Johnson to enjoin strikers from picketing railroad property or In any manner interfering with any person 1 who Is in the service of the railroads. if the federal gorernment sees fit to Btep In and declare picketing un lawful, the Hntr laW will he nullified so far as it has any bearing on the si rike of the shopmen. oo |
