Show HARDING WILL URGE MORE FARM CREDITS WASHINGTON, Nov. 22. -President Harding in his annual message to the regular session of congress early in December will recommend the broadening broad-ening of credit systems under government govern-ment prolslon and control with s view to relieving agricultural distress. The president announced this intention inten-tion to congress Tuesday at the conclusion con-clusion of his special address dealing with the merchant marine bill. Ho said that white this congress and the executive exec-utive branch of the goernmi-nt bad done much which had proven helpful to the farmers, admittedly, if had nut done enough.
