Show DOLLAR OGDEN ! DEAL CLOSED The Hylton Milling company today completed details in a three-state deal which gives them plants in Utah. Ne-Vads Ne-Vads and Wyoming. The 1600.000 transaction which has been under consideration con-sideration for soino time was complct- , ed shortly before noon. The Bolley mills In ogden and other' plants formerly operated by the Holley mills vvre taken over by the Hylton Milling company. Officers for the new organisation are a- follows: J. J. Hylton. Elko. Nov.. president; A. P, Bipeiow. ipden. director and treasurer; treas-urer; Warner Arthur. Ogden, secretary; secre-tary; E. B. Caitv. Elko, director; J. i E. I'lckett, Ogden, director. W. W. Perclval, formerly of Elko. I will be the general manager of the firm. Headquarters for all of the, plrnts will he located In Ogden. Plants will be operated at Ogden. niverdale, Salt Lake.
