March 29 The Southern Idaho Traffic association associa-tion through Its managing secretin Leonard Way, will demand equal basla of freight rules for all Idaho towns at hearing which will be held befon the state public utilities commission at Boise April 8. on the Oregon Short Line's proposal to make effective April 10 equal freight rate lftses for Boise and Pociitello In connection with announcement to this effect, the traffic association gave out figures showing that since 191 S freight rates have i OOP used a hoc handicap on Twin Falls development as a distributing point. These figures showed that within a radius of fifty miles Boise shlppn pay on a hundred pounds of freight 42 1-2 cents; Pocatello and Salt Luke. 4T ents. and Twin Falls 62 1-2 cents Within a radius of lOo miles BolSC pays fi9 cents.
