Harris, knight i commander of the court of honor. the eighteenth degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry Free-masonry was conferred In the Mi-soul- temple yesterday forenoon Degree work was continued throUgOUl the day and evening. Luneheon was served In the banquet room of the temple. Tho degrees communicated Included those from the eighteenth to the thirtieth, inclu-1 slve. Dr. A. C. Wherry, thirty -third . degree elect, directed all of the work. and those who handled tho different! degrees Included T. W" Charlton, knlffht commander of the court of honor; Milton IC Lipman, thirty-third degree; Fred M. Nye of Ogden, thirty-second thirty-second degree and Jame W Collins, kn'.ght commander of tho court of honor. Tho thlrty-flrsl degree was to be conferred this afternoon under the direction of F. C. Hathaway, knight j commander of the court of honor, j who Is coming from Los Angeles for j that purpose. Tho thirty-second degree, de-gree, master of the royal secret, will be given this evening under tho direction di-rection of Mr. Charlton. F. C. Schramm, thirty-third degree and sovereign grand Inspector gem ril for I'tah, is due home from an eastern east-ern trip at noon today and will take part In tho work this afternoon and evening oc- |
